The “Festival international du film d’Afrique et des îles” will be hosted in La Reunion island, in the middle of the Indian Ocean, from tomorrow 4 of October until the 12.
The event is dedicated to the best African movies and its diasporas.
The International African film festival is organised by the Le Port town hall. The first edition was held the 22 September 2003 and it is still managed by Village-Titan cultural centre.
This project originated from the “Journées du film d’Afrique et des îles” which took place every year in Le Port and other cities from 1993.
This year there are many African movies of excellent quality. Among them there is the movie Making off of the Tunisian Nouri Bouzid
