An African fest has been held in Barbarano vicentino, near Vicenza (Italy), the 4th and 5th of July.
“The African Fest – wrote Antonella Zarantonello, one of the promoter of the event – has been a fantastic party, I have been very happy to take part”.
“We have held meetings for the three months to manage everything for this African fest – Antonella added – from things to do, to getting ready all stands, tables, african and italian cookings, drinks, etc”.
During the event photographer Daniel Delministro (manager of the school project for the Italian Ngo Granello di Senape) presented his latest work and Silvano Zanini, a collector of Verona, showed his mineral and fossils collection.
the event also hosted a fashion show of African designers, a movie show of the film Guaranà for Peace and the music group RASTABARRA DJEMBE among others.
