Ban Ki-Moon calls for measures against Ouattara’s Ivorian massacres
The Head of the UN asked Alassane Ouattara, recognized by the international community to take action against those who took part in the massacre of eight hundred people in the West of the country, said Sunday a spokesman for the UN.
