France will open an embassy in Benghazi. France24 wrote a few minutes ago on its Twitter channel.
Received by president Sarkozy in Paris, the CNT of Libya announced that France will open an embassy in Benghazi and the reopening of the Libyan embassy in Paris.
France has recognised CNT as the only real representant of the Libyan people.
