Donald Kaberuka, president of the Afdb, has just finished his speech introducing the 2011 annual meeting of the bank.
In his speech he mentioned the role of the bank in Africa and for the major continent’s crises, such as Libya, Cote d’Ivoire, Sudan, Somalia and of course the situation in North Africa.
