Judges set rule on Gaddafi arrest warrant

The International Criminal Court is deliberating whether to issue an arrest warrant for Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi.

The judges will also discuss if his son Saif and security chief Abdullah al-Sanussi are also to be arrested.

Libya does not recognise the authority of the ICC.

Meanwhile South African President Jacob Zuma has been meeting the leaders of Mauritania, Mali, Congo Republic and Uganda to discuss Libya ahead of the African Union summit in Equatorial Guinea.
