			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p> A horse made of beads and presented to Limpopo Premier Cassel Mathale by a European Union delegation, and his acceptance, symbolises enthusiasm in promoting development. </p>
<p>Mr Mathale on Tuesday met with an EU delegation on a three-day visit to the province to check projects funded by the union to the tune of R350million.</p>
<p>Delegation head Peter Tejler said they would recruit investors in European countries to invest in Limpopo because they have seen commitment to developing the economy. </p>
<p>The delegation gave Mr Mathale a horse made of beads, appealing for integrated development. </p>
<p>Mr Tejler said the horse was a symbol of the commitment to work together with the people of Limpopo in developing cooperation through investors.</p>
