I honestly believe that no African nation needs aid from foreign countries because the suitation in most African countries is brought about by corruption and mismanagement. How can we explain how a nation as little as one million people cannon manage her resources.
The situation is more pathetic in the so called big nation such as Nigeria which has both human and natural resources but still has one of the lower per capital income in the world.
Giving aids to Africa to me is an encouragement to such countries to continue to steal more from their treasury while their citizens to wallop in abject poverty.
